A 4-day Itinerary for Vienna, Austria.

The reason I started Update Later Travel was to share my Type A-isms with the world. I love to travel — whether I’m indulging at a beachside all-inclusive or wandering through a historical castle, I’m pretty easygoing and always down for an adventure. But if there’s one thing I hate, it’s wasted time and bad food.

My personal nightmare? Being in a new city, looking at your travel companion and saying, “What should we do today?” or — even worse — “Where should we eat?”

For me, it’s worth spending the time (okay, hours) making sure I don’t miss anything a destination has to offer — and definitely not wasting my precious meals on overcrowded spots that don’t live up to the hype. I dig deep: trusted websites, local tips, expert recs, and friendly advice to build the perfect itinerary for every destination — whether it’s a road trip, a city escape, or a laid-back girls’ getaway. (Yes, even the relaxing ones get a meal plan. Priorities.)
